I have had 3 sessions at `ST and have already booked another four. They have been enlightening, uplifting and sensitive; combining a great understanding of both the spirit and the body and leaving me feel energized, ‘together’ and ready for the day. The team are all delightful empathic people who know their stuff and seem able to ‘pick’ my mood and needs within minutes and take me through a wonderful journey of exploration and good feelings. Most of all they obviously really care about what they do and how they do it – giving their heartfelt best always.  They make me feel connected and take me to places that enliven my spirit and mind and make my body float and swirl in amazing rhythmic patterns. The sessions are a truly unique delight.

Just wanted to thank you for the other day. I have really felt noticeably lighter in body since the session.    I think that you are helping me so much to get the control and humility I have been seeking. I find that most of us are very in control in normal life but struggle to stay meditated when exposed to deeper than  normal stimuli.  I am confident that your work is going to allow me to experience the deepest external beauty or stimuli without losing connection to my true self.   I have a great trust in the depth of your energy and also in your methods and application.
